The 2017 average closed sales price for all condo units in downtown Jersey City now stands at $827,206 a 12.2% increase over 2016 when the average was $726,111. This is the highest increase since 2010 when the average closed sales price was $438,249 a 0.9% over 2009.
The second highest percentage change was in 2014 when the average closed price jumped to 11% or $597,730 over 2013 of $531,784.
