The highest price paid for a condo at the Mandalay in 2014 was $880,000 for condo # 608 an 1173 sq. ft. The per sq. ft. price was $750.21. Unit #501, a 600 sq. ft. unit sold for $430,000 and a per sq. ft. price of $716.66.
